| A magical season | 11/7/09 | Holt Soccer became the 15th team in history (all divisions) to take an undefeated team to the State Championship game. With a 26-1-1 season, many records were set including wins (26), losses (1), shutouts (17), consecutive shutouts (8), and goals against (16). Players set new team highs with goals (Ben Gates 32) and shutouts (JT McCaige 8 consecutive shutouts).
This was truly a magical run that will be hard to match by any team in the state for years to come. Everyone should be proud of what they contributed and certainly remember this as an incredible time in their life.
